Distant attunement questions

Where are you based, and which time zone is my booking in?

We are based in the UK (London time). The booking form showed every available time slot in your own local time, so the time you chose is your local time. You do not need to work out what time it is in the UK.

Our system has converted the time and updated our attunement diary for you, so you can focus on preparing for your attunement.

How long does the attunement take?

The distant attunement ceremony takes 20 to 30 minutes. Please allow at least 30 minutes to relax without being disturbed.

How do I prepare for my distant attunement?

Watch the video above, which explains everything you need to do. You can come back to this page at any time to watch it again. Lesson 2.1 of your course also covers how to prepare your space, your body, and your mind.

Do you need my phone number?

No. We do not call you during your distant attunement. You do not need to be connected to a phone, computer, or any other device. Simply relax and be in the moment.
