Distant attunement questions

Where are you based, and which time zone are the times in?

We are based in the UK (London time). The booking form uses your location to show every available time slot in your own local time, so you do not need to work out what time it is in the UK.

Just book the day, date, and local time you would like. Our system converts the time and updates our attunement diary for you, so you can focus on preparing for your attunement.

How long does the attunement take?

The distant attunement ceremony takes 20 to 30 minutes. Please allow at least 30 minutes to relax without being disturbed.

How do I prepare for my distant attunement?

Watch the video on your attunement confirmation page, which explains everything you need to do. Lesson 2.1 of your course also covers how to prepare your space, your body, and your mind.

Do you need my phone number?

No. We do not call you during your distant attunement. You do not need to be connected to a phone, computer, or any other device. Simply relax and be in the moment.
